No Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  

• We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or order changes after confirmation.
  

• This policy applies to all floral products, delivery dates, and order values.
  

Due to the nature of flowers and immediate preparation after order confirmation, cancellations are not feasible.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, including product selection, delivery date, delivery address, and recipient information before completing checkout.
  

• Blossi Fiore will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  

Exceptional Situations

• In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, Blossi Fiore reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  

• No cancellations will be accepted at the customer’s request once the order is confirmed.
